The other day we headed out to Shoop Park in Los Altos where a river runs through the park. Well, a river is a gross exageration. It's more of a weak stream, but that's perfect for junior explorers like Will and Max. The former, outfitted with new water shoes, and the latter, carried around to fit his every fancy by Mom and Dad, had a great time tromping up and down the riverbed, looking for, and finding, a waterfall. The waterfall was a big hit, and we played in it, sat on it, and watched it.
It was a little chilly when we got there because it evening after naps, but that made the lighting pretty cool.
Will carried his blue shovel around with him the whole time and kept digging "holes" in the water.
